Service Description

10:30am - 4pm Doors open at 10am. This is an opportunity to listen to a variety of speakers and subjects, get ideas for your WI programme and hear prospective speakers before you book them. It is an opportunity for you to decide which speakers are included in our directory of speakers. Places cost £7.00 per person. We ask that you send a maximum of three members per WI. This is an all-day event, we ask that WIs only book places if they can have representatives present for the whole event. When members only stay for part of the day it is unfair to the speakers. Splitting the day between members is perfectly acceptable, if the WI is represented in some form by members throughout the entire day. We recommend members bring a packed lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided. Booking is available via your WI Secretary or online. Online bookings will generate an invoice for your WI Treasurer - please inform them you have made the booking as tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are awarded on a first come first served basis. Due to popularity, there is no guarantee that all applications returned by the deadline will be successful. Tickets are non-refundable
