Monday 27th April 2026 - Addison Centre, Bedford Road, MK42 8PN - 7.00 pm start, Doors open 6:15pm Guest speaker for the evening is Mo Lea The Art of Survival A Story of Good Over Evil Mo will show how she turned her life around after a brutal attack by Peter Sutcliffe, Britain’s most notorious serial killer. Her beautifully illustrated talk demonstrates how the power of her art helped her overcome the horrors of that attack. It’s a story of triumph over trauma. Her talk will uplift and inspire you to be creative when the odds are against you. You will leave feeling positive and empowered. There will also be a display of Mo’s art for sale. 50% of Mo's payment for this talk will be going the Centre for Women's Justice. There will be a presentation of certificates, a raffle and the Federation Flutter draw. Each WI is invited to send a delegate to this event free of charge. Member observer, Family and Friend tickets are available @ £13 each Booking is available via your WI Secretary or online. Online bookings will generate an invoice for your WI Treasurer - please inform them you have made the booking as tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are awarded on a first come first served basis. Due to popularity, there is no guarantee that all applications returned by the deadline will be successful. Tickets are non-refundable
